How do I use an offer code?
Book directly with us and enter your code at the time of booking. DIRECT for the 10% direct booking discount, SENIORSAVE15 for the 15% pensioner discount, or STAYMORE20, STAYMORE30 and STAYMORE40 for the winter offer, depending on how many nights you are staying. The discount applies to the whole stay. One code per booking.
When do the offers apply?
The direct booking and pensioner discounts are available all year, apart from the Christmas school holidays. The winter offer runs 1 June to 31 August each winter. A 30 day cancellation policy applies over the Christmas holidays and Easter. Contact us if you are unsure about your dates and we will let you know what applies.
What about group bookings?
Cancellation and payment policies for group bookings differ from the general policies. Please refer to your group contract, or contact the team to enquire about a future group booking.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, in our pet-friendly apartments. Our pet policy applies to every stay with a dog.
