Terms and Conditions

By booking with The Anchorage Bermagui Pty Ltd you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You must be 18 years or older and responsible for all guests in the room.
  • Photo identification is required upon check-in to verify identity.
  • Changes or cancellations to your booking can be made until 48 hours prior to arrival (subject to cancellation policy).
  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is taken on the day of arrival.
  • We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and Amex (credit card surcharge applies to Visa 0.9%, Mastercard 1.2%, and American Express 1.9%).
  • The Anchorage Bermagui Pty Ltd and Management assume no responsibility for loss of money, jewellery or other valuables left on the property, in apartments or vehicles.
  • Management reserves the right to evict any person(s) or group causing disturbances, or for any reason at management’s discretion. Please note that quiet time is from 10pm to 7am.
  • Children must be supervised at all times including but not limited to the play park and pool areas.
  • No cleaning, filleting or disposing of seafood or bait on site.
  • Check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival, check-out by 10am on the day of departure unless prior arrangements have been made. Late charges may apply for unapproved late check out.
  • Pets are not permitted on site or in apartments unless prior arrangements have been made for a pet friendly apartment (subject to our Pet Policy, Agreement and Terms and Conditions).
  • Smoking is prohibited on the premises, smoking inside an apartment may result in a $250.00 deodorising fee.
  • Charges may apply for damages, losses, or extra cleaning including but not limited to $100.00 excess cleaning fee for apartments not left in a reasonable condition.
  • If the fire brigade attend a false fire alarm, you will be charged a fee of $1650.00.
  • By booking you authorise The Anchorage Bermagui Pty Ltd to charge your provided credit card(s) for any applicable fees or charges under these terms and conditions.
